DACA Report Released
(previous | next)

The Digital Age Communications Act Regulatory Framework Working Group released its draft report today, recommending an FTC Act model to replace the current communications law structure. The report can be downloaded here. This draft represents months of collaboration, debate, disagreement and consensus-building of the working group. Jim Speta, Randy May, Doug Sicker, James Gattuso, Kyle Dixon, Howard Shelanski, Dennis Weisman and me (but principally Jim and Randy) worked hard to produce this draft. We hope that starting next Tuesday with the workshop others critique and offer their thoughts to make it even better.
