Putting the "Net" in Netflix

Reed Hastings describes the Netflix Net strategy:

Mr. Hastings is sitting on a library of 90,000 titles and counting....

A popular feature on its Web site allows members to construct a film "queue." Which means Netflix not only knows what movies customers want to watch next, but also the order in which they want to watch them. This type of customer information, combined with the ability to get all those titles to the television, could make Netflix a very rich takeover target down the road.
