With all the debate about ISP market power abuse, does anyone know eBay's market share in online auctions? It seems eBay, owner of PayPal, has added the new online payment service Google Checkout to its banned list. Last I checked, eBay was funding a lobbying campaign for net neutrality regulations. Oh, that's right, that only applies to platforms, not applications.
