Snow White Until I Drifted
(previous | next)

Well, waking up in Washington this morning after last night's snowfall reminded me of Mae West's remark: "I was Snow White unitl I drifted."

And that reminded me of Mark Twain's comment: "She has many fine qualities about which much can be said, but the others are more interesting."

And that reminded me that it is always interesting here in Washington to watch some people watching the drifts shift to and fro' to see which way the wind is blowing....

Well, back to the unshiftable and undriftable cause of progress and freedom.
