Level Playing Field

The Bells looking to provide video don't want to pay franchise fees. The cable companies looking to provide voice don't want telecom regulations. Sonia Arrison says they should all just get along, and points to some battles in the Virginia legislature. On a personal note, I love it any time someone mentions the Spanish-American War tax, which is still going strong (the tax, not the war).
